We call these Sunday Mix Office Hours.
You show up. You ask what has you stuck. We work through it live.
And you don’t need some advanced technical question to participate.
You can literally ask:
“What does this button do?”
“Why does my pastor’s mic keep feeding back?”
“Why can’t I hear the vocals?”
“Should I buy this piece of gear?”
“Why does my mix sound muddy?”
That’s the point.
A lot of church sound volunteers were handed the keys to the booth with very little training and told, “Good luck.”
